The Husband’s Secret by Liane Moriarty. I’ll be writing about my reading so far in tomorrow’s post, Bookish Thursdays

Around Valentine’s day there were so many recommended “Swoon-worthy” reads that I had to jump in and start reading them. I’ve been reading Julia Quinn’s Bridgerton series…and while they are definitely sweet and swoon-worthy, they are also leaving me a little bit troubled. I’m working on a post about this that will also be published on a Bookish Thursday soon.
What do you think you’ll read next?
I’ll probably finish the Bridgerton series or move on to The Accidental Bookclub by Jennifer Scott or The Glass Kitchen by Linda Francis Lee…not sure yet.

shouldbereading.wordpress.com asks three questions every week for WWW Wednesdays. Check out the blog for MizB’s responses. I think it’s a good, quick way to keep readers updated on what’s going on in my reading world. Here are my answers:
What are you currently reading? I’m on page 278 of 348 of Love in the Time of Cholera by Garbriel Garcia Marquez. Summer reads #1 is almost finished. It started slow, really picked up with the romance – and then, “real life” hit. The romance was over. All that was left was characters trying to live their life…with the exception of Florentino Ariza…a man on the prowl trying to forget the love of his life, Fermina Daza. Nonetheless, great reading.

What do you think you’ll read next?I hope to continue with Wide Sargasso Sea by Jean Rhys and Graceling by Kristin Cashore. Cross off one more Classic and read something contemporary and fun.

What are you currently reading?I am still reading The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle…it’s taking me longer than expected. I need to absorb it in small chunks. And, I just started Fruitby Brian Francis. I think I’ll like it, but it’s hard to relate to a twelve year-old boy.
What did you recently finish reading?Everything was Goodbye by Gurjinder Basran for the Book Marks Book Club! I can’t wait to post my review on it tomorrow.
