  1. I like it Karen! Why is it that we think that marriage and babies mean the end of independence to begin with? Maybe in a traditional view where the man is the breadwinner and the woman has no say. I’d like to think that in these modern times, our men have also evolved and meet our independence without fear, or jealousy.

You’re awesome Karen! Keep writing 🙂

    • Thanks Cil! You’re right, it shouldn’t spell the end of independence…and it helps to have the right person to share the load with! Thanks for visiting!

  2. That was an article every woman can relate to. An article that at least allows woman to feel its ok to have their own wants an needs whether they ever find the courage or right balance in their lives to ever do anything. I’m happy your finding your balance 🙂

    • Thanks for reading and responding! You’re right, I think the trouble is we get so caught up in everything else, we forget that it’s ok to get caught up in ourselves too.
